Applications are invited for admission to IICD (Indian Institute of Crafts & Design), Jaipur for the Academic Session 2026–27.

UG Programmes

4 Year Bachelors Programme ( B.Des) Specialisations:
1. Hard Material Design
2. Soft Material Design
3. Fired Material Design
4. Fashion Clothing Design
5. Jewellery Design
6. Craft Communication
7. Interior Design

Eligibility

• 10+2 from a recognized board of education.
• Students appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.

📝 Admit Card cum Question Paper
Registered candidates must download the Admit Card cum Question Paper from the IICD Admissions link on or after:
👉 5th April 2026 (Sunday) | 4:00 PM onwards

📚 Entrance Test Pattern
The Entrance Test will be conducted in two parts:

🔹 Part A – 35% Weightage
• General Awareness
• Creativity & Perception Test

🔹 Part B – 65% Weightage
a) Material, Colour & Conceptual Test – 45%
b) Personal Interview – 20%

✍ Submission of Responses
Candidates must submit their responses in the question paper itself by:
👉 20th April 2026 (Monday) | 4:00 PM

🎤 Personal Interview (via WhatsApp)
• Conducted from 1st May 2026 onwards
• Exact date & time will be mentioned in the Admit Card
• Duration: Approx. 20 minutes
• Interview call will be made on the candidate’s registered WhatsApp number
• Candidates must keep their submitted artwork / portfolio ready during the interview

📢 Result Declaration
👉 15th May 2026 on the IICD Website
(Exact date will be mentioned in the Admit Card)

💳 Fee Payment Schedule
🔹 1st Round (Provisional Admission):
16th May – 31st May 2026

🔹 2nd Round:
Result & admissions from 2nd June 2026
Fee payment: 2nd – 15th June 2026

🏫 Commencement of New Session
👉 Last week of July 2026
